internet tools?
ok, my background on desktop and any other pic or background on my computer is either extremly distorted or flashing.
Under window setup (in control panel) Internet tools is not checked. and when I check it I am unable to use the disk that came with this comp.
Is there somewhere on the net I can download this for a windows 98 system?
I KNOW,,,,,, ITS A PIECE OF ……………..DAMN if I could afford a better one right now I would…but meanwhile my online art class is not going well……

or is there somewhere i can go on the net to have my computer scanned and then it will tell me what it needs? like windows update did?

ok go to the manufacturers site of your computer and see if you need any driver updates
it may be you cant use backgrounds you dont have enough ram
or the size is wrong
your display drivers need updating
or that
your running in safe mode and dont know it

Just stumbled on your site while searching on concrete and construction. It’s a messy situation, this economy that we all seem to sink with it with.
Anyhow, I just installed this new browser, Opera, Firefox, Mozzila, Safari and I have to figure a way to subscribe to your blog here, but I get some weird message when I hit the feed button. Any Ideas?
